Start your weekend with a refreshing blend of nature and wellness at our Beginner's Pilates Mat Class, held in the picturesque setting of Maroochy Botanical Gardens!

Join us every Saturday at 8 AM in May for a gentle introduction to Pilates, perfect for those who are new to the practice or looking to refine their basics. This class focuses on foundational Pilates movements designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall balance, all while surrounded by the tranquil beauty of nature.

Please remember to bring your own mat and look for our club sign located near the café – that's where your journey towards a healthier, more balanced self begins. Our Beginner's Pilates Class is an inviting and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace, meet fellow beginners, and enjoy the peaceful outdoors.

Community Fitness every Monday Free for the month of May! Bring a towel, hat/sunscreen, water bottle and own mat/ gloves & pads if you have any (can be provided if you don't have any). Fun community fitness outdoors with a combination of boxing, cardio and strength training.

Giving a f@ck about people is at the core of our DNA here at CHANGE. That’s why we are offering complementary access to all our afternoon Functional classes as well as our Saturday Throwdown and Yoga sessions.

All you need to do is create an account on our CHANGE LIFE ENHANCED app and you will be able to access any of the MILLION MOVES or THROWDOWN classes on our timetable over the 21 days.

A Bloomin’ Good Walk: Every Step Counts! - BloomHill Cancer Care

🌟When: Saturday 18th May
🌟Event start: 2pm, Walk: 3pm-6pm
🌟Location: Symphony Cres Park, Burpengary

Four different Bloomin’ Good Walk or Run options (200m – 5km), raising awareness for health and wellness, as well as funds for those impacted by cancer.

The family friendly event will also have a live band, a community BBQ, roving entertainment and facepainting and more!

Host an event

The Million Moves events should be used to promote the challenge, build awareness about the high inactivity levels and the need to take action, complete a 75 moves workout with everyone attending (keep this simple and basic so that everyone can do it). Invite your members, clients and local businesses in your community event in a local park or central area.
